EPDM O-Rings can be cured with either Sulphur or Peroxide.Sulphur curing is less expensive and easier to process.Peroxide curing is more difficult to process but provides better chemical,thermal,and aging resistance.
EPDM rubber is also color-stable,which means that EPDM O-Rings won¡¯t stain mating surfaces.EPDM O-Rings also provides good electrical insulation,alkali, mild acidic solvents resistance.
EPDM o-rings(Ethylene propylene) have a temperature range of -55¡ãC to +125¡ã (special compounds can perform in higher temperatures),has very good flexibility at low temperature. Food grade compliant EPDM O-Rings often used in drinking water systems (NSF, KTW,W270,WRAS).
